We often see guests do one big shop on arrival, then smaller top‑ups every few days.

On evenings when nobody wants to cook, Wapalapam Le Morne sits only about 100 m from Kozy – a relaxed bistro‑nomy style restaurant where you can walk down in flip‑flops. Families like the fact that you can be back on your terrace within a couple of minutes, children already in pyjamas, watching the last light turn Ile aux Benitiers gold.

Water temperatures in the lagoon usually range between 24–28°C through most of the year, so even younger children are comfortable splashing in the shallows. From Kozy, the drive to the public Le Morne beach is about 2–3 km, normally under 5 minutes by car, or around 25–30 minutes on foot if you like a morning walk before a swim.
