Booking data: full name, email address, phone number, postal address, country, accommodation chosen, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any special request you send us.
Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive a transaction reference and its status. We never store your card number.
Technical data: with your consent, audience measurement data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) collected through cookies.
Browsing this website, checking availability and requesting a quote require no account and no registration.

To fulfil your booking: confirm availability, issue your quote, process payment, send confirmations and welcome instructions. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To answer your enquiries by email, phone or WhatsApp. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.
To meet accounting and tax obligations in Mauritius. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Booking records: for the duration of your stay, then for the legal accounting retention period.
Enquiries without a booking: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
Audience measurement data: up to 14 months.

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, object to a processing activity, ask for the restriction of processing, or request your data in a portable format.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
