BOOKING POLICIES:
- Total booking amount to be paid via bank transfer, 48hrs following the quotation, for validation.
- Bank transfer charges are paid by guests (charges are not shared).
- The booking is done under a strict cancellation policy: our cancellation policy on all booking
platforms is the same, namely: bookings and payment are performed upstream without possibility of
cancellation / exchanges or refund.
- Check-in is from 2.00pm (14:00) on the day of arrival.
- Please make necessary arrangements to respect the check-out time (10.00am) because we will not be
able to provide late check-out.
- A minimum length of stay applies and varies with the season (from 2 nights). The applicable
minimum is shown with your quote before any payment.
- Kozy Le Morne offers 'Self Catering Accommodations' which means that you need to cater for your own
food and drinks
- For extras amenities : Extra House Cleaning 1000rs, Additional Bath Towel 400rs and requests should
be made 24H before.
